All I can say is WOW, loved this wedding!!! From the dramatic skies, rainy family portraits, amazing newlywed portraits and crazy photo booth times; it was just a blast! It is always fun to work with a family multiple times. We did Megan’s sister Kristen’s wedding a few years back so it was like a mini reunion.

Another amazing couple! We had so much fun doing this shoot. We started down on Cannery Row, in Monterey and then we found the best location for doing the field portions of their session, it couldn’t have been better! We then went out to Pacific Grove to catch the sunset and get some beach photos. All in all, just plain good fun! So excited for their wedding at the Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course.

My friend Evan is a fantastic wedding photographer and when he called me to ask for help, I was honored! He and his wife are expecting their first child and it coincides with Joseph and Stephanie’s wedding. Evan already did a wonderful session with them which you can see here. Since Evan had already done an engagement session, I met up with Joseph & Stephanie for a quick session in Redwood City. Engagement sessions are the best way for us to get comfortable with each other before the wedding. I am so excited for these two and can’t wait for their wedding in August at the Oceano Hotel & Spa at the Half Moon Bay Harbor.
